One kid went AWOL while he was getting a slushy and I had to go and find him in the jumping area myself. We paid for a host to watch and keep an eye on the children but he was no where to be seen most of the time we was there.
Once in there the food is just dumped down and not even served up. When they did sort the jugs there was no where to put them as there isn't a designated party area until the last half hour when you are finally allowed into your party room. We was supposed to have unlimited squash and water for the kids but had to push and push for that as they were all sweating and we was buying drinks for them in the end. We was supposed to have a party host to oversee the children but he did nothing at all! Not one of my guests had somewhere to sit and there wasn't a central point for the kids jumping to come back to and meet which resulted in some upset kids and a lot of adults having to watch to wait for them to come out. A couple of guests were late but rather than make them watch the safety video just let them straight through. Not one member of staff checked the waivers that I had chased people to sign. The girl behind the desk ended up just giving us another 20 wristbands as she couldn't cope with everything that was going on. Had a party of 24 and was a total shambles! Booked online and was very misleading!!! Told we wouldn't have to queue on arrival but was mad busy from the start.
